I haven't been really into drawing on my own time these past few years. I had Drawing & Painting classes, but that's pretty much all I did art-wise. I just graduated, so I had a little more free time the past month or so. Doodled a bit more than usual, sitting in a cafe waiting for tutoring or at home on the weekends. It helped that I got into Durarara!! and Young Justice, ahaha.
I definitely want to draw/experiment more this summer. I've decided to buy a pen tablet, something I've wanted for years but was afraid I wouldn't make use of enough to be worth the money. I haven't actually bought it yet, but I have the money. I just need a ride to the store, LOL. I'm not sure when I'm getting my own laptop for college, so maybe I'll just go ahead and buy the tablet soon.
A month or so ago, I attempted to organize my gallery into folders. I don't think I thought it through enough, because it's messily done. Hahahha

I kicked off my summer by going to FanimeCon! It was my very first time!
I did buy Yuya's Paradise single (w/ photobook included), so I had him sign that. I didn't get that many pictures of him. : I was so sad that I didn't get to see his concert! I went to a translating panel that started the same time as the concert. In the end, the panel wasn't very informative and even went way past its allotted time because of technical difficulties. T___T
It was neat seeing some of the artists I follow on dA at the Artist Alley. Also picked up some cards of other artists I want to start following.
I want to check out a bunch of animes now! Haha
